AO6 Senior Network Specialist within the Public Safety Network Centre (PSNMC) Deployment team, you will be crucial in the support of deploying network capabilities for the supported agencies. You will be responsible to defining scope of requirements, the implementation of the project deliverables and the support and maintenance of the network. PSNMC provides services to support the Public Safety Network (PSN). The PSN includes seven agencies: Queensland Police Service, Queensland Fire and Emergency Services, Queensland Ambulance Service, Justice and Attorney General, Queensland Corrective Services, Office of Industrial Relations and Inspector General Emergency Management. The PSNMC is critical to the efficient running of each agency''s ICT networks across the broader PSN. The PSN blends service provider and enterprise network architectures built from a suite of multivendor network infrastructure located across Queensland. This provides secure network services to client agencies from "wall-port" to Data Centres on-premises, cloud and beyond. As The Senior Network Specialist, You Will Plan, design and build network solutions that meet customer and network architecture requirements. Manage small-to-medium network projects, including consultation and negotiation with clients, suppliers, managers and colleagues. Provide third level operational support for a range of network environments (including on-call after-hours). Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients and team members. Follow documented Change, Release, Incident and Problem management processes. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
