Your New Role Reporting to the Corporate Communications and Reporting Manager, the Corporate Reporting Lead is responsible for leading the Fund''s approach to corporate reporting and the development, implementation and management of relevant corporate narratives and communication strategies in a way that enhances the Fund''s trustworthiness and transparency, and positions AustralianSuper as Australia''s leading super fund in the world''s best system for members. Key duties include but are not limited to: Manage the preparation and delivery of AustralianSuper''s suite of corporate reports (e.g. Annual Report, financial reports, Member Outcome Assessments), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice benchmarks. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Fund and coordinate data collection and validation from internal stakeholders to support accurate reporting. Maintain reporting schedules, expense trackers, and registers ensuring public information is current and accessible. Agree and document content management responsibility among relevant teams in relation to the About Us and other corporate sections of the website and ensure the website governance registers are current. Engage with Fund colleagues and senior management to support corporate reporting and communication deliverables and provide guidance and support as required. Nurture and maintain key internal and external relationships, including contractors as required. What You''ll Need Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to tailor messaging to diverse topics, situations and stakeholder needs. Applying both strategic and tactical approaches to communications, supporting organisational objectives and stakeholder needs. Crafting clear, compelling longform content and building strategic messaging that enhances an organisation''s reputation. Managing multiple stakeholders across all levels across an organisation to deliver excellent results. Organising and prioritising work to achieve business outcomes, often within fastpaced and complex environments. Managing complex projects, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage workflow and adapt to changing circumstances. Showing a genuine interest in corporate affairs, issues management and a members first approach.
