About The Role: We are looking for a Supply Finance Business Partner to be the trusted partner of our Chief Supply Chain Officer, and work side by side with Supply Chain, Operations and Planning leaders to shape decisions that materially impact cash, cost to serve and growth of our business . What youll do: Be part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, be a key driver for decisions on: Inventory policy and service levels, Capacity, utilisation and Capex investments for efficiency and growth Translate operational options into clear financial trade offs across cost, cash, service and risk Bring financial rigour into S&OP, shaping assumptions, not just reporting outcomes Own end-to-end supply costs including cost to serve and working capital implications Drive Value Leadership to reduce waste across our cost base and support sustainability initiatives About You: You will have: 5+ years experience in Commercial / Operational finance within FMCG or Manufacturing Deep understanding of Supply Chain Economics (inventory, standard costing, utilisation, absorption) Strong data, systems & AI capability, and the williness to push your learning and influence The confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior operational leaders You will bring to the team your passion, energy, and ability to work collaboratively to elevate our brands and service delivery to new and exciting places.
