Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Sales Manager to drive our blueberry sales strategy across Australia from our Perth base. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for expanding market share, strengthening key retail relationships, and executing a regional strategy aligned with global objectives. Key Performance Outputs Consumer Market & Business Development - Identify and secure new growth opportunities - Manage and grow strategic/key retail accounts - Conduct market reviews and competitor analysis - Develop budgets, pricing models, and sales forecasts - Deliver against global sales targets - Manage seasonal marketing programs - Set benchmark pricing per tier in line with strategy - Facilitate optimal product placement in the right markets - Travel to key clients and emerging markets - Host and guide clients during supplier (farm) visits - Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations - Oversee sales administration processes - Ensure payment terms and credit limits are managed - Monitor debtor payments and quality claims - Provide crop updates, market intelligence, and regular client feedback - Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries Grower & Brand Commitment - Ensure growers receive the best possible returns - Protect and enhance brand reputation in every interaction Requirements What You Bring: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade or similar (ideal).
