About the Opportunity Ezy-Fit is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team. This external facing role is critical in elevating our market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing existing accounts, generating new leads, and delivering technically sound hydraulic solutions that differentiate Ezy-Fit in the market. This is a handson, customerfocused role where youll partner closely with our internal teams to ensure we exceed expectations across responsiveness, service, and delivery. Key Responsibilities - Drive new business development and proactively build a strong sales pipeline - Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and technical support - Provide technically accurate solutions to customer requirements - Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives - Prepare proposals, quotations and technical recommendations - Represent EzyFit at customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
