Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust Dialysis Junior Charge Nurse/ Sister The closing date is 20 March 2026 The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care to dialysis patients as well as ensuring an excellent learning environment for patients and staff. With the support of the Clinical Matron and Lead Clinicians, he/ she will need to participate in relevant projects and ensure strict compliance with specific infection and dialysis guidelines in order to develop the service. The post holder must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work autonomously as a clinical expert. He/she will need substantial renal nursing experience, passes in renal degree modules or the ENB136 certificate and have a keen interest in advanced dialysis practice. He/she must also be selfmotivated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
