As the Executive Support Officer, youll be right at the centre of the action supporting the COO and helping the office flow day in, day out. From highlevel executive support to ensuring reception, shared spaces and meeting rooms are running smoothly, youll create an organised, welcoming environment where people can do their best work. Youll also be a trusted backup when it comes to governance and CEO support, stepping in when needed to keep everything on track. Youre proactive, organised and dependable, with a sharp eye for detail and a calm, cando mindset. Just as importantly, you bring warmth, professionalism and positive energy, and enjoy working closely with a COO who values initiative, collaboration and shared purpose. A day on the job will see you: Keeping the COO one step ahead through diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, briefings, records and action followups. Coordinating Committee meetings and providing backup support for Board and subcommittees, including scheduling, papers, minutes and governance processes. Overseeing the Lime Street Reception function, supporting reception staff, managing rosters, contact lists and security passes, and ensuring a great first impression. Looking after shared staff and executive spaces, coordinating bookings, facilities and cleaning so everything runs smoothly. Pitching in where needed covering reception, supporting crossteam projects, and handling information with discretion and professionalism. Energy, drive and independence, with a genuine cando attitude and a strong service mindset. Confidence, resilience and the ability to influence and work effectively with people at all levels. An understanding of, and sensitivity to, the challenges faced by people experiencing social disadvantage, including those at risk of homelessness. Formal qualifications arent essential, but studies in Business Administration or a related field will certainly catch our eye. Whats in it for you?
