Senior Veterinary Nurse / Veterinary Technician (Cert IV) Were growing and were looking for an exceptional, experienced GP Veterinary Nurse/Vet Tech to join our team. The Role Youll be working across a structured 34 week rotating roster, including shared weekends, in a handson and varied role that includes: Clinical Nursing Confident anaesthetic monitoring and patient advocacy Surgical preparation and theatre support Inpatient monitoring and hospital case management Laboratory sample collection and inhouse diagnostics Maintaining exceptional sterility and infection control standards Accurate and thorough medical record keeping Nurse Consults & Client Care Postoperative checks and preventative health consults Client education and discharge instructions Clear, warm and professional communication Supporting smooth daily workflow Reception & Team Support Appointment coordination and frontofhouse duties Assisting with daily workflow efficiency Contributing positively to team morale and clinic culture This is a role where your skillset will be fully utilised and appreciated. About You Were looking for someone who: Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing Has solid GP experience in a small animal practice Is highly confident monitoring anaesthesia Demonstrates initiative and strong clinical judgement Is organised, reliable and solutionsfocused Enjoys both the technical and clientfacing aspects of nursing Brings positive energy and professionalism to the team Experience with EzyVet is highly regarded. Confidence with practice management software and efficient documentation is important to us.
