The Microsoft365 Specialist plays a key role as the technical escalation point of our Microsoft365 Centre of Excellence. As a Microsoft365 Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering a firstclass experience for consumers of our Modern Workplace services including guiding our business and customers towards adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft365 stack. Focusing on Microsoft365 enablement and productivity outcomes for our customers including workloads spanning data, files, communications and collaboration, security and identity and access management. About The Role (your Why) This role is part of our Microsoft365 Centre of Excellence and offers the opportunity to combine leadership, relationship building and technical delivery to clients. What Youll Do Microsoft identity management (AzureAD, AD Connect, ADFS and Microsoft Identity Manager) Modern business collaboration tools in the Office365 suite Teams, Planner, Groups, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Yammer etc. Collaboration and video conferencing solutions like Teams, and ancillary systems like Poly, Cisco and Zoom Working knowledge of competitor solutions in the above IT platforms Email security and archive technologies (Office365 ATP/EOP, Mimecast, Avepoint).
