We will offer you the tools, training and support needed in your new role.ResponsibilitiesBe the Centre Manager at Journey Early Learning Millner, Nightcliff, Durack or Durack Heights.Lead the centres performance in partnership with the Centre Performance Manager.Work collaboratively with the enrolments team to ensure enquiries are addressed appropriately and positively.Develop and maintain strong, respectful, and reciprocal relationships with all families to ensure they feel a sense of belonging and connection to the centre.Develop strong community relationships and a strong community profile.Ensure the centre demonstrates exceeding levels of practice as outlined in the National Quality Standard.QualificationsACECQA approved and recognised Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification.A minimum of two years of full-time experience in a similar role.Approved State SpecificWorking with Children Check and VerificationAbout CompanyAs a provider of early childhood education, we aim to create a safe, secure, and homely environment where everyone feels welcome.
