We are proud to supply Chinese cabbage, beetroot, parsnips, potatoes, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, radishes and many more delicious vegetables.Please note this role is only available to PR or Australian Citizens.About the role-As the Farm supervisor you will be responsible for working closely with management to ensure your picking and packing team are working to peak efficiency, following QA/QC guidelines and maintaining accurate records of harvests and costs. This is not an entry level position, and you will be required to multitask, exhibit a high level of organisation and accuracy and show great team leadership. You must be mature, physically fit, have competent tractor skills, some irrigation knowledge, a problem solving attitude, and clear communication skills. In return management will provide ongoing training to further your knowledge and skills on the farm.Hours of work are approximately 38 hours per week with early mornings, minimal overtime required. You must have a full, unrestricted manual drivers license and LF forklift license. Pay rate negotiable based on experience.
