OverviewOur client, Goldfields Community Legal Centre Inc. (GCLC), is seeking a professional and highly organised Office Coordinator to join its Administration and Client Services team in Kalgoorlie. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of the office. You will be the central point supporting client intake processes, office systems, administrative workflows and front-of-house operations within a busy, trauma-informed environment. You will ideally demonstrate:Experience in office administration or coordinationStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a busy environmentClear understanding of confidentiality and professional boundariesSensitivity when working with vulnerable clients and diverse communitiesSound IT and administrative skillsCurrent National Police ClearanceWorking With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Current WA drivers licenceExperience in a legal, community or not-for-profit environment is advantageous but not essential.About Goldfields Community Legal CentreGoldfields Community Legal Centre Inc.
