With a growing national portfolio, were now seeking an experienced Development Manager or Senior Development Manager to lead two significant South Australian projects.Based in Adelaide, this role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to shape communities that enhance peoples lives. Youll take the lead on both an expansion parcel for an established community and a new greenfield developmenteach located south of Adelaide. As Vivacity continues to expand its footprint in South Australia, this role will also play a key part in supporting future growth across the region.Reporting directly to the Development Director, youll work closely with our internal planning team and collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless alignment across the full project lifecycle. Youll also oversee delivery activities, including managing superintendents to ensure projects are executed to a high standard.What youll be doingManaging feasibility, planning pathways, design development and consultant engagementWorking closely with our internal planning team to progress approvals and optimise outcomesCollaborating with Sales and Operations to ensure commercial, customer and operational considerations are embedded earlyOverseeing delivery activities, including managing superintendents and ensuring quality execution on siteDriving commercial decisionmaking, risk management and project reportingEnsuring alignment with Vivacitys vision, values and communityfocused design principlesOperating with a high degree of independence and accountabilityWhat youll bringStrong experience in property development, ideally across residential, land lease, retirement living or masterplanned communitiesConfidence working autonomously and making informed, commercially sound decisionsAbility to manage complexity, competing priorities and evolving project needsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA valuesled approach and genuine interest in creating places that support wellbeing and connectionThis is a rare opportunity to take ownership of two meaningful projects while contributing to a business that is reshaping the future of ageing in Australia.
