Evaluate and update care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate, personcentered care Maintain a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement Conduct clinical audits to ensure compliance with policies and best practices Provide handson support and guidance to staff on the floor Complete and coordinate resident admissions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process Part time opportunity for shift Tuesday to Friday 0700 - 1500 (30hrs/week) *please ensure this fits any Visa conditions you may have before applying About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their potential! Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1 Experienced as a registered nurse in residential aged care/ home care (preferred) Strong attention to quality and clinical standards Experience with care planning and auditing processes Ability to mentor and support care staff Excellent communication and organizational skills Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust) Essentials for working in Aged Care: A current Working With Children Check employee card Current and ongoing flu vaccinations Australian working rights Ability to pass a national police clearance Make a positive difference in your community apply now!
