Evaluate and update care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate, personcentered care Maintain a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement Conduct clinical audits to ensure compliance with policies and best practices Provide handson support and guidance to staff on the floor Complete and coordinate resident admissions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process Part time opportunity for shift Tuesday to Friday 0700 - 1500 (30hrs/week) *please ensure this fits any Visa conditions you may have before applying About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their potential!
