Youll have demonstrable experience bringing brands to life in the digital space, and have a strong understanding of design principles and best practices. You have a clean aesthetic, and a sharp eye for layout, colour, photography and typography.You know instinctively what kind of assets work on different social platforms and know how to make even the simplest social asset sing. Youre reactive to trends, comfortable with failure, and get excited by the challenge of creating groundbreaking visual content that helps brands stand out from the crowd.Youre endlessly curious, have an excellent eye for detail and are always exploring new ways to tell a story visually. You love building narratives through imagery, photography and video, and bringing these to life visually across various digital and platforms. You have an excellent understanding of how visuals can be used in different ways to impact the narrative and message.Youre a self-starter, enjoy exploring new tools and ways to produce content, and are curious about new visual storytelling techniques and exploring new ways to create. Youre tapped into whats trending right now with consumers, whats driving conversation, what people are interacting with, and what technology theyre using to stay connected. You''ll be all about the visuals!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDream up creative conceptsCreate visual brand identities for new clients, including logos, colour palettes and typographyCreate social media style guides for new clientsIdeate, create and deliver imagery and video for social media (including Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube Shorts & TikTok)Create imagery and graphic design for digital marketing, including websites, email and digital mediaCreate print material, including brochures, reports and white papersDesign email marketing templatesBe a guardian of our clients brand, and brand guidelinesDevelop an understanding of our clients audiences and brand identitiesWork closely with our digital marketing specialists to use data insights to understand our target audiences more deeply, and then use this data to inform the creativeActively research our clients competitors so that youre always aware of their activity and trends, and use this to inform the creativeEXPERIENCE AND SKILLSDemonstrable experience creating visual content for social and digital marketing.
