Yindjibarndi Nation Limited (YNL) is seeking a capable and driven Project Manager to lead new builds, upgrades, asset management and sustainable housing initiatives across a growing asset portfolio, on a 3-year contract (with possibility of extension). Based in the heart of the Pilbara, this role is central to delivering highquality projects that support community needs, strengthen organisational capability, and contribute to longterm economic and social outcomes. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors and community stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with Yindjibarndi priorities. This is a handson role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates with clarity and respect, and brings the technical and organisational skills needed to coordinate complex projects while keeping community benefit at the centre of every decision. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of new builds, refurbishments and asset management programs across YNLs growing asset portfolio, ensuring all works meet quality, safety and compliance standards. Manage a diverse pipeline of projects that support member housing, employee accommodation and future homeownership pathways, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Coordinate contractors, builders, trades and specialist consultants, ensuring clear scopes of work, value for money and highquality project delivery. Oversee cyclical and responsive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and full compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, timelines and risk registers, providing regular updates to leadership and contributing to strong governance and accountability. Provide insights on asset performance, future infrastructure needs and opportunities for strategic investment to support longterm organisational planning. Support the development of longterm strategic asset management plans, including analysis of maintenance trends, forecasting capital requirements and identifying opportunities to optimise asset utilisation. Build strong, respectful relationships with internal teams, contractors and community stakeholders, ensuring all projects are delivered in a culturally grounded and communityaligned manner.
