Job Description How you can make an impact Were looking for a Client Services Assistant to join our Bundaberg Business Advisory team. This full-time role 8am to 5pm, based at our Bundaberg office, is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and professional administrator with excellent people skills. The Client Services Assistant role is an administrative supportive role; providing support to the Partners, Accountants as well as clients. The role involves preparing correspondence, agendas, minutes of meetings, CFO reporting, packaging jobs, maintaining databases and using accounting software systems. Ideally, the successful candidate would have worked in an administrative role within an accounting firm previously. However, professional administrators from a corporate environment, would also thrive in this role. Desired Skills and Experience You have: Ideally 2+ years of business administration experience working in a professional office Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills and accurate attention to detail skills Professional presentation and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service Strong time management and ability to multi-task You are: A strong communicator. A self-starter who takes ownership of your work, contributes ideas, and proactively seeks opportunities for improvement. Passionate about sharing your expertise to build capability across the team.
