Aboriginal Health Worker-Child & Family HealthALBURY WODONGA ABORIGINAL HEALTH SERVICE (AWAHS)Aboriginal Health Worker Child & Family HealthFull Time role located at Glenroy, Albury$61,800 pa + salary packaging tax benefits to $15,900Support with educational & opportunityIn this role, you will work closely with Child and Family Health Nurses in the Building Stronger Foundations program to support Aboriginal individuals, families and children to access health services and navigate their health journey in a culturally safe and supportive way. You will work closely with families, parents and carers to help ensure children have the best start in life and that families feel supported in managing their health and wellbeing.You will play an important role in building trust with community members, providing health information and support, and helping families connect with the right services.
