What we are looking for: A natural leader who can keep pace, handle pressure while bringing good energy Someone who gets that hospitality is about more than just pouring drinks its about atmosphere, experience, and keeping things running like a welloiled machine 2+ years of Management experience in a similar venue Ability to work productively and professionally in a pubstyle environment. Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and customers. Be willing to work a range of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
