We adhere to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), focusing on delivering high-quality educational programs that foster holistic development. We have placements for 86 children across our long day care. We have several rooms including pre kinder, nursery, toddler room, preschool and outside of school hours care. Responsibilities Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education Have a current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Training Have a National Police Clearance no older than 6 months Be flexible to work within the hours of 7:00am 6:00pm Have a current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training Certificate Be an experienced and passionate advocate for the early education sector Be able to support the team in all aspects of the day Always advocate for childrens rights 1 2 years experience in Early Childhood Have worked within similar roles and be familiar with the EYLF, Practices and Principles Be reliable and dedicated Have experience in play-based and emergent curriculum Collaborate with and support the team in delivering our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum Able to assist in setting up fun, innovative and educational activities Be receptive to childrens individual needs What youll receive First day off the floor service induction to help you feel comfortable from day one Professional development tailored to you Free and confidential counselling for you and your immediate family through the One Tree Employee Assistance Program Promotions and internal transfer opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
