Madame Ma''s Proprietary Limited West Perth WADog Groomer and Dog Grooming Trainer Perth WAIMMEDIATE START OPTIONResponsibilitiesProvide professional dog grooming services including bathing, clipping, styling, scissoring, and coat maintenance to meet breed standards and client specifications.Mentor grooming staff and students in correct techniques, safety standards, animal handling, and customer communication.Assess pets coat and skin conditions, identify grooming or behavioural issues, and provide recommendations to owners for ongoing care.Ensure all grooming equipment is maintained in good working order, and adhere to strict hygiene and safety policies.Contribute to staff development & grooming mentoring ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Main TasksPerform full grooming sessions across a variety of dog breeds, coats, and temperaments.Mentor trainees and new employees, demonstrating advanced clipping, scissoring, and styling techniques.Customise grooming approaches for dogs with behavioural, sensory, or physical needs,Manage bookings, consultations, and grooming records using the digital scheduling system.Maintain a clean, safe, and calm grooming environment compliant with animal welfare and workplace safety regulations.Support operational improvement by implementing efficient grooming processes and mentoring junior groomers.HoursWe can be flexible on hours for the right candidate.
