What youll doAs a Sessional Trainer in our Training U For Work team, you will:Plan and deliver short, hands-on training that builds practical skills, workplace readiness, and learner confidence while supporting diverse learnersManage course materials, reporting and assessments independentlyContribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environmentYou may deliver training in your area of expertise, including:Digital & Business Skills computer basics, digital literacy, customer service, retail, business supportHospitality bar and gaming service, caf and casual dining, food production essentialsCleaning & Housekeeping commercial cleaning, health and hygiene, housekeepingHorticulture entry-level practical horticulture skillsConstruction & Renewable Energy construction sector essentials, workplace safety, solar readinessWarehousing & Production warehousing, pick packing, manufacturing and process workClick HERE for more information on Training U For Work courses. What youll bringTAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - EssentialRecent hands-on industry experience in your area of expertise (relevant qualification(s) desirable)A collaborative, organised, people-focused approachConfidence using basic technology for reporting and materials (Canvas experience a bonus) Additional requirementsCurrent drivers license and own vehicle to transport equipment, plus the ability to lift up to 20kgPositive, solutions focused approach when working with people from all backgrounds(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
