The Opportunity: Labourer We are currently seeking a highly motivated, safety-focused Labourer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you''ll be responsible for pruning, cutting, and removing trees and branches throughout the Perth metro area. Key Responsibilities Prune, cut, and remove branches Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree maintenance equipment Identify and assess on-site hazards Work collaboratively to ensure safe work practices Requirements Willingness and ability to work away from the depot as required Strong physical fitness and endurance Clear and effective communication skills Valid manual drivers licence Commitment to a substance-free (drug and alcohol-free) workplace Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Desirable (but not essential) Qualifications Construction White Card MR/HR Drivers Licence First Aid and CPR Certification What We Offer Competitive hourly rate + penalties + allowances Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive, inclusive, and safety-driven work environment Career advancement pathways within the business All required equipment & PPE provided Ready to Join Us?
