As Head of Finance, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, influencing decisions that drive growth, profitability and operational performance.You will have the opportunity to:Play a central role in shaping the strategy of a growing brandWork closely with leadership on commercial decisions and growth opportunitiesDrive financial insights that influence buying, inventory, pricing and margin performanceThe Role Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance will lead all aspects of the finance function and provide strategic financial leadership across the business.Key responsibilities include:Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecastingComplete general ledger control and maintenance of system integrityLeading end of month close and management reportingOversee the HR and payroll function and complianceProviding strategic financial insights to support business decisionsPartnering with the commercial team to optimise inventory management, pricing and margin performanceOversee financial governance, compliance and risk management including process improvement and controlsDeveloping financial models to support business growth and new opportunitiesLeading and developing the finance teamAbout You You are a commercially savvy finance leader who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys partnering with the business to drive results.You will bring:Proven experience in a senior finance leadership roleExperience managing the end-to-end finance function from transaction through to reportingStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insightExperience in retail, consumer, or fast-moving environments (highly desirable)Oracle Netsuite ERP exposure (highly desirable)Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skillsCPA / CA qualification with 5+ years of experienceA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage conflicting prioritiesApply NowIf you are an experienced finance leader looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a growing retail business, we would love to hear from you.Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller (HandsOn, Pathway to CFO)#J-18808-Ljbffr
