We produce a full range of grain and grassfed beef categories and export to over 40 countries worldwide.Your Role:You are responsible for safely operating feedlot machinery and trucks, supporting daily operations, livestock care, and infrastructure tasks. This is a handson role on a 10/4 rotating roster, giving you variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact. All driving is onsite only you wont be driving on public roads.What Youll Be Doing:Safely operate machinery including loaders, skid steers, excavators, and water trucksDrive feedlot trucks for onsite deliveries, livestock movements, and material handlingConduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptlyAssist with feed distribution, pen cleaning, and general feedlot tasksSupport infrastructure projects, loading/unloading trucks, and managing materialsMonitor quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety proceduresWork collaboratively with the feedlot team to meet daily operational targetsWho Were Looking For:Experienced in operating heavy machinery and feedlot trucksMust hold an MC, HC or HR licenceSafetyconscious and committed to maintaining a safe working environmentEnergetic, proactive, and handson with a cando attitudeStrong team player who contributes to a positive workplace cultureAdaptable and able to handle a fastpaced, varied workloadDetailoriented with a focus on operational efficiency and highquality standardsWhy Join Us?Roster: 10 days on, 4 days offPremium onsite accommodation available (must be over 18).
