About the Role Join a busy workshop team fabricating and welding structural steel components across a variety of commercial and industrial projects. This is a long-term opportunity with a genuine view to permanency ideal for a trade-qualified Boilermaker or Welder who values stability, variety, and a supportive team environment. Day shift is the primary focus; afternoon shift is also available. Structural/MIG experience an advantage Duties - Fabricate and weld structural steel components to engineering drawings and specifications - Perform MIG, - Interpret and work from technical drawings and work orders - Maintain quality standards and safe work practices throughout fabrication - Collaborate with an experienced workshop team across varied projects Skills & Experience - Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Welding (Certificate III or equivalent) - Proven experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy industrial welding - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings - MIG welding experience - Current drivers licence and own transport (desirable) Culture People enjoy working in this team because the environment is handson, the work is varied, and the management is approachable.
