What youll do - Be on the ground, providing handson coaching and guidance at the workplace. - Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers. - Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work. What youll bring - A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style. - An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions. - Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. - Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but well help guide you through this. Bonus points for - Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
