In collaboration with a cofacilitator, the role ensures participants have the opportunity to engage in behaviour change and establish a risk management plan to increase community safety. To Be Successful In This Role Youll Have A degree (or progression toward) in Psychology or Social Work. Experience in delivering group programs and interventions, ideally within correctional, welfare, or institutional settings. Demonstrated ability to manage group dynamics and work with participants who may have complex mental health or behavioural issues. Strong reportwriting and communication skills to document offender progress and behaviour. Understanding of cognitive behavioural approaches to address and change offending behaviours. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and respond to diverse participant needs.
