Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans. - Assist clients with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming. - Provide transportation assistance to clients. - Provide respite care to clients and their families. - Overnight/sleepover care. - Assist with medication administration, ensuring that Point Care medication administration policies are followed. - Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients'' care plans and progress. Requirements - A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. - Certificate 3 in individual support, or higher qualification. - Experience working with people with disabilities. - Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Access to ongoing training and development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
