Following our appointment to the SA Water Engineering Panel, were searching for a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our team and help deliver projects that truly matter. What Youll Do Drive technical excellence across water and wastewater infrastructure projects Produce robust mechanical and hydraulic designs from concept through delivery Manage the design of complex projects or program work packages Elevate client satisfaction and project outcomes Support project and design management activities Mentor emerging engineers and collaborate nationally with multidisciplinary teams About You A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Eligibility or progression toward CPEng Experience in engineering design or consultancy (water industry experience is a bonus!) Strong technical capability in water/wastewater conveyance and treatment Experience with hydraulic design, pump station design, CFD, or pipe stress analysis Ability to select, size, and specify mechanical equipment Familiarity with Plant 3D or Inventor (advantageous) Understanding of CHAIR, HAZOP, and Safety in Design Excellent communication and reportwriting skills Why Choose WSP?
