Become one of more than 23,000 Miele employees in 50 countries around theworld who are committed to making our products even better every day - and help us to expand our innovation leadership.**The Position**Currently we have an opening within our Service Team for a Service Technician who is customer focused and self-motivated to work with our team in Adelaide.Reporting into the Service Manager your responsibilities would include:* Carry out quality field service repairs at the customers premises* In conjunction with Call Planner optimized allocated workload to accommodate over-runs and minimise unproductive time* Handle and resolve customer complaints in the field within company guidelines relevant to the position* Ensure the accurate and timely completion of necessary tasks triaging jobs, ordering & receipting parts, closing jobs appropriately, rescheduling tasks etc.* Ensure van stock is controlled in line with requirements**You will bring to the role:*** Current Electrical Licence* White goods and appliances experience will be an advantage* A sound technical knowledge of domestic appliances incorporating the ability to diagnose and rectify faults through effective problem-solving skills* Skilled in the proper use of tools, equipment and gauges to ensure optimal use.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* A genuine enjoyment of meeting and interacting with new customers* A clean current drivers license.**Our Benefits:*** Premium European van and all tools provided* Work from home model (You dont need to start from the workshop)* Access to Mieles free annual health checks & access to EAP Support Services* Training, coaching and development from an experienced service team* Career development opportunities from a company who supports growing from within #J-18808-Ljbffr
