This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid flexibility (1 dayWFH)and a genuinely supportive national team.This role is fairlyflexible on location we''ll just need you to be based nearby to a MatchWorks office. What youll do: - Build and nurture strong relationships with employment services, industry, and community partners - Coordinate training programs, including trainers, venues, and resources - Identifyand create opportunities to expand TUFW programs and partnerships - Analyselabourmarket trends to inform future program development - Assistin developing proposals, project plans, and business cases for new initiatives - Collaborate with the TUFW Manager and internal teams to deliver programs successfully What youll bring - Experience working with employment service providers, recruitment, or workforce programs - Strongorganisationaland project coordination skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability toidentifyopportunities for program growth and partnership development - High-level problem-solving and time management capability - A customer-focused approach and ability to work to deadlines - (Youllalso needanNDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate butdontworry,wellhelp guide you throughthis.)
