Property Manager Ab Golden Resort Group Pty Ltd t/a Quest Dandenong 2-6 James Street Dandenong VIC 3175 Permanent, full-time Salary $75,000 - $85,000 Quest Dandenong offers self-contained serviced apartments housed in a classic red-brick building. We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. Duties and responsibilities will include: Oversee daily operations of the aparthotel, ensuring high standards of rooms, facilities, and guest services. Manage guest relations, and occupancy, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. Supervise and support on-site staff, promoting teamwork and excellent customer service. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to keep the property in top condition. Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, accessibility, and building regulations. Implement marketing strategies to attract guests and maximize occupancy. Maintain accurate records of financials, maintenance, and compliance. Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues to enhance the overall experience. Qualifications and experience required: Bachelors degree/ Diploma Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Maintenance coordination and facilities management Strong customer service and guest satisfaction focus Team leadership and staff supervision Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Communication and stakeholder liaison Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Salary : 75,000.00 $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
