Redefining Wine.Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced contractor coordinator to join our winery maintenance team in the role of Contactor Coordinator - Winery.Key Responsibilities Include:Contractor management including engagement, induction, onboarding, verification of compliance and suitability, review of completion of works, performance evaluationScheduling preventative maintenanceMaintenance of accurate records of inductions, risk assessments, permits, work orders, service historyCommunicate maintenance schedules and planned works with internal teams to minimize operational disruptionCoordinate emergency and reactive maintenance as required, including after-hours supportAbout You:You will have at least 2 years'' experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or contractor supervision in a winery, food & beverage, manufacturing, or industrial environment, and a strong working knowledge of WHS principles, induction, risk assessments, and a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. In addition you will have:Strong organisation, documentation, and monitoring skillsClear written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple contractors and priorities in a timely mannerIntermediate level of computer literacy with Office365 applicationsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy, and numerical skills.Current driver''s licenceWhy Join Us?Vinarchy is a home for passionatepeople to do their very best work.
