The Company, established in 1980, comprises of a strong Board, Executive group and a highly talented team of people with significant industry experience.About the role:This full-time hands-on role reports to the Head of Flying Operations (HOO) and is ideally suited to an agile individual who loves travelling, thrives on change and has a proactive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be a team player with a professional outlook and attitude, and must reside within 2 hours of a major Australian city Airport (i.e. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide).Key Responsibilities:Timely execution of aerial survey missions.Active monitoring of weather and other factors or conditions that ensure safe, efficient flights.Precision capture and delivery of quality imagery.Navigating congested airspace and air traffic coordination.Inspection and monitoring of aircraft, powerplant, systems and equipment.Organisation, neatness, and cleanliness of aircraft and equipment.Frequent communications with stakeholders and daily submission of reports.Maintain aircraft performance within the capture systems operational envelope.Comply with all the applicable requirements in the aviation regulations and in the Company''s Operations Manual.Complete all company documentation and administration in required timeframes.About you:Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work effectively as part of a small teamFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentAn Australian Commercial Pilots Licence AeroplaneExperience in Primary control zones (Class D and C)Previous Survey or special mission operations preferredMeet the following minimum experience:The ability to work a 16 days on / 12 days off roster (with 4 standby days within the 12 days off)Why Work with us:The opportunity to work with a team of talented & friendly professionalsSalary packaging/Novated leasing through MaxxiaQuarterly Reward & Recognition ProgramIf you''re someone who embraces change, welcomes challenges, and is eager to carve out a unique career path within our company, then this opportunity may be for you.
