This is a quotacarrying, external field position. Ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain seniorlevel relationships, navigate across customer agencies / units, and lead the Axon team to success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training. You will take charge of a significant proportion of customers in Italy and engage in significant complex sales opportunities, often of 7 and 8digit value. Your success will be built on exceptional relationship building at both operational and boardequivalent levels both externally and internally.What You''ll DoManage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon''s strategic objectivesDevelop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growthDevelop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositionsCultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accountsFocus on customer''s satisfaction, know the customer''s business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accountsSupport execution of strategy at the account levelWork with and bring in experts/specialists where requiredOversee all account activitiesResponsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketingTrack customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunitiesMay provide customer product training as necessaryOwn account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accountsWhat You BringAble to travel up to 70%An extensive demonstrable track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)Relationship / consultative selling experienceAble to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offeringsData management experience using Salesforce or similar CRMVirtualization and Cloud understandingTeam Player collaborate with various team members regularlyReady to own & drive the territoryStartup experience & some vertical experience a plusLaw Enforcement / Public Safety experience a plusWe are also committed to building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer that promotes justice, advances equity, values diversity and fosters inclusion.
