Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, youll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. What youll do Were looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Mining Sustaining Capital team at WSP Australia. Youll be part of a collaborative team delivering a diverse portfolio of sustaining capital and brownfield infrastructure projects for our mining clients across Australia. Develop in-house designs for earthworks, drainage, basins, sediment ponds, sewer, water and access roads. Conduct infrastructure gap analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Prepare technical documents including Basis of Design, design reports, specifications, and bill of quantities. Review and challenge consultant outputs to optimise cost and schedule. Support project optioneering and risk mitigation strategies. Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects and provide input into Project Management tasks. Engage with stakeholders, contractors, and other discipline leads to ensure integration and compliance. About You Bachelor''s Degree in Civil Engineering A minimum of 3 years experience in civil design and infrastructure delivery Background in large-scale projects such as road, drainage, earthworks, sewer and water infrastructure Desirable proficiency in stormwater modelling and design tools, and software such as TUFLOW, DRAINS, 12D, AutoTURN/Vehicle Tracking, and QGIS Strong technical writing skills Demonstrated ability to deliver concept to construction-phase designs Skilled in technical documentation and risk communication Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
