Join us on this incredible journey.Job Description As Medical Emergency Service Officer (MESO) , you will be responsible for: Delivering medical and emergency response within your clinical scope and ERT competencies. Maintaining ERT and clinical practice standards under site and provider guidelines. Supporting Coal Board Medicals: tracking, follow-up, managing access, and liaising with NMAs and SAC. Managing injuries: assessing presentations, coordinating care, liaising with stakeholders, and developing return-to-work plans. Monitoring medication declarations and TMP letters. Assisting with patient care and precautionary duties. Supporting hygiene testing (hearing, respiratory). Participating in field leadership, safety meetings, and Teams calls. Maintaining medical equipment and consumables, ensuring servicing and compliance. Supporting site health programs (flu vax, skin checks, physio, hydration testing). Assisting SAC operations and coverage as needed. Qualifications To succeed, you will need:Current Rescue Boar Board Medical license without restrictions. Light and Heavy Rigid Site Licence and current relevant State Driver''s License. Current AHPRA Registration as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse without restrictions. Current Scope of Practice issued by Stanmores contracted Clinical Governance provider. Tertiary Paramedicine or Nursing Qualifications. Compliance with signed Confidentiality Statement. Maintain qualification for Drug and Alcohol Testing. Certificate III Emergency Response and Rescue. At least 5 years of Emergency Response and medical experience, preferably on a QLD Coal Mining Site. Additional Information Our Benefits Attractive salary package and benefits.
