You will perform task management, incident triage, problem identification, and client relations to support seamless patient care from emergency scenarios to hospital handover. Responsibilities Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis, and resolution. Problem/defect identification and categorisation with logical and lateral thinking. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with customers, fostering collaboration and facilitating growth. Provide expert advice internally and externally regarding Dedalus clinical information management solutions to promote best practice outcomes. Support clients in delivering seamless patient care from emergency episode to hospital handover. Essential Requirements 5+ years experience supporting clinical applications with a focus on paramedical or emergency care solutions in the health sector (e.g., nursing). Providing functional and/or technical support for healthcare IT systems. Highly proficient in written and verbal communications. Desirable Requirements Knowledge of SQL and ability to execute scripts. Understanding of ITIL processes. Knowledge of healthcare workflow & HL7 standards.
