Were looking for a commercially driven and creative natural storyteller who loves to inspire others and push boundaries with what is possible in the audio landscape. This role sits within CREATEs Campaign Strategy team, a primarily revenue generating function turning client briefs into actionable, insight-driven strategies that deliver on business goals. Campaign Strategy - Group Campaign Managers are responsible for the operational management of the Campaign Strategy team in combination with producing market leading pitches that bring brands and our product portfolio together. What that looks like on a day-to-day basis is working with a talented, strategist team leading and supporting clients'' briefs across all off our assets. You will work in consultation with product specialists and experts across our business to ensure the solution is as effective as it can be for advertiser and audience. Reporting into the Head of Campaign Strategy, this role is part of the centralised national leadership team in Campaign Strategy responsible for: Workflow & WIP management Operations, outcomes & executions Brief response & campaign development support and coaching In combination with being creative, your ability to be analytical is imperative to successfully manage Strategist/Specialist team workload and performance. The right person will thrive in looming deadlines and be discerning with their time and the time of their team skilfully prioritising team effort and energy to align with the most commercially influential projects and briefs. In summary: Effectively interpret briefs to design compelling client solutions Dictate the path from brief to pitch, effectively managing time and stakeholders Facilitate and participate in brainstorms to generate unique ideas Create campaign grounded in audience insight Collaborate with every area of the business, across all assets, mobilising product specialists to build multi-platform brand campaigns and ensure campaign viability Develop strategically sound, compelling pitch documents for client presentation Ensure campaign feasibility across costings, lead times, and technical requirements Stay abreast of industry trends, innovation and technologies to inform solutions Present to clients in collaboration with sales colleagues Skills to ensure your success in this role include: Audio experience (required) 6+ years experience with a media publisher (preferred) Proven coaching skills, with influence to inspire, educate and drive action Strong level of autonomy, vision, and ability to build relationships Ability to effectively drive outcomes across functions and stakeholder Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including creative concept development Highly adaptable, flexible & resilient to shifting priorities & timelines An absolute pro at powerpoint in visual and written storytelling This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sydney.
