Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Perth, WA Recruiting exclusively through Keystone People Solutions Were representing a long-established WA manufacturing business that has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and innovative solutions across multiple industries including construction, infrastructure, mining and agriculture. As the business enters its next phase of growth, a newly defined Sales Manager / Business Development Manager position has been created reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the senior leadership team. This role will be instrumental in shaping commercial strategy, driving new revenue streams, and strengthening customer partnerships across the companys product portfolio. The Opportunity Lead business development efforts across multiple markets and product lines. Identify and convert new customer and project opportunities throughout WA and interstate. Strengthen existing client relationships through solution-based selling and consistent follow-up. Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to ensure commercial alignment. Report directly to the CEO with market insights, growth forecasts, and performance updates. About You Youre a proactive and commercially minded professional who thrives on building relationships and turning opportunities into measurable growth. Ideally, youll bring: Proven success in sales, account management, or business development (ideally within a manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial environment). Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. A strategic mindset with the confidence to engage at all levels from site to boardroom.
