You''ll be the first point of contact for many potential clients, creating genuine connections and identifying opportunities for appraisals and future listings through a combination of phone calls and door knocking.Key Responsibilities:Proactively contact homeowners through door knocking, outbound calls, and follow-ups to introduce Hockingstuart Bankstown and generate new listing opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with local homeowners and potential vendorsConduct letterbox drops, database calls, and regular check-ins to nurture future clientsSupport sales agents by booking appraisal appointments and qualifying leadsTrack and report weekly activityAbout You:You are an energetic, people-focused communicator who thrives on conversation and enjoys building relationships face-to-face and over the phone.
