This is a skilled, highperforming team providing civil expertise around stormwater drainage, earthworks and road/pavement design across Australia increasingly within the Defence infrastructure sector.OpportunityOur established civil team is growing and looking for an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join our NSW team.RoleDesign management, project management and coordination of multidisciplinary defence civil projects.Developing a culture of outstanding delivery within the team, including the development of workflow processes to take a design from feasibility to detailed design.Providing coaching and mentoring to our young, enthusiastic team members with respect to your technical area of expertise as well as project planning and execution.Business development activities from the early identification of opportunities through to their active pursuit and securing of projects with our clients and industry partners.Participation within the transport leadership group to help define and shape our strategy to respond to the needs of the market.About YouYou''ll be a qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia (or equivalent professional society), with your civil engineering experience coming from a consulting environment.With a particular focus on general civil projects, you will have strong links to the Australian Defence sector.You are a valuesdriven person who enjoys sharing the successes of your colleagues and delivering excellence for your clients.Working amongst a group of highly motivated professionals, you will step into an open and supportive culture that values the skills that you can contribute to the group.What We OfferFlexibility & Wellbeing: Enjoy flexible working options to manage your personal and family priorities, along with dedicated leave for wellbeing and community engagement.Belonging & Ownership: Join a diverse and inclusive team where collaboration and creativity thrive, and you can bring your whole self to work.
