Job Description

Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities Must be able to work a rotating day and night shift and be on call on weekends Full uniform & laundry service provided Supportive team and well-established workshop The Opportunity 70% on the tools / 30% leadership position Leading a team of up to 10 mechanics across day and night shifts Carry out servicing, diagnostics, breakdowns and hydraulic repairs Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and apprentices Support day-to-day workshop operations and handovers between shifts Drive safety, performance and continuous improvement About You Trade qualified (Cert III in Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant Technology) 35+ years experience in a similar role Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive change Solid diagnostic and heavy vehicle repair experience HR/HC/MC and/or Forklift licence Background in transport, waste, mining or civil (desirable) Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen About Us Join us at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together.
