Your Next Opportunity Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) one of Australias leading residential construction and property development companies is seeking a motivated Estimating Cadet to join our highperforming team in Norwest NSW. This entrylevel role is designed for aspiring Estimators looking to build a rewarding career in residential plan documentation. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, youll learn how homes are costed, how variations are assessed, and how estimating supports the delivery of highquality homes across NSW. What Youll Do Assist our Estimating Team with raising purchase orders and setting up new jobs in our systems Support the preparation and distribution of site files and documentation for residential projects Learn to ensure estimates, quantities, and costings meet compliance, buildability and customer requirements Collaborate with trades, suppliers, Construction, Sales, Design and other internal teams to understand workflows Help investigate charges, variations and site issues under supervision Complete basic estimating tasks and quantity takeoffs, contributing to accurate cost assessments Maintain organised digital records and learn industrystandard estimating procedures Contribute to continuous improvement by embracing feedback and development opportunities As you progress, you will also gain exposure to our ETS (Extra to Schedule) processes, working closely with Construction to price and process onsite variations and understand real site conditions.
