Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements More About You Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Food Safety Certificate Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable Bartender with cocktail preparation experience is highly desirable Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster The application period will close on 01/05/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
