Mandoon Estate is looking for hospitality staff to work in the following areas: Wild Swan @ Mandoon Estate - Fine Dining Restaurant open 3 days/week Homestead Brewery - Fast paced gastropub & Brewery open 7 days/week The Llawn - Outside beer garden & delicatessen open Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays 11am 5pm Functions - Weddings, corporate & social events We are looking for the BEST - baristas, cocktail makers, wait & bar staff passionate about beer & wine, a professional attitude & BIG personalities. The positions available will suit candidates who possess the following: Have a good understanding of what is required in the hospitality industry and a keen interest in learning more Have a current RSA Must be able to demonstrate a high skill level in all aspects of service Strong communication skills A passion for customer service with a friendly and genuine approach Attention to detail with a high standard of personal presentation Flexible availability Training and development is provided for the right people with a chance to grow within the business.
