The OpportunityAs our Digital Content Producer (Shooter/Editor), youll support both production and post-production workflows, contributing to the capture, editing, storytelling, and delivery of short-form content across QUEENSLAND OZTAGs s a closer look at your key responsibilities:Shooting and Production: Capture content at competitions, events, and community activations. Film social-first footage including highlights, interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and general event coverage.Editing and Post-Production: Clip and assemble short-form highlights from existing and newly captured footage for social media. Edit reels and highlight packages using provided templates and guidelines. Complete editing and colour grading in Final Cut Pro X, with Motion and Adobe experience considered a bonus. Apply basic audio balancing and formatting for delivery.Storytelling: Support storytelling and creative direction across both filming and editing to ensure content is engaging, clear, and Support: Export and organise final files for publishing. Assist with managing footage, libraries, project files, and media storage.Team Support: Take creative direction and feedback from senior media staff, collaborate within a small team, and meet turnaround times during busy event periods.Graphic Design Support: Create social media graphics in Photoshop, including promo posts, event announcements, and simple branded content.
