The Youth Justice Centre is committed to equity of educational opportunity for all A Chance to Learn. It caters to boys aged 1521 years, who are part of a remand facility. They present diverse backgrounds and experiences, with some having some form of mental health, disability and/or behavioural disorder. There is a high turnover of students, with most staying less than 3 weeks, and a portion remaining for over 12 months.
