Position Title: Registered Nurse ANZSCO Code: 254499 Employment Type: Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Mansfield, VIC Australia Salary: $81,733.60 $104,379.60 per annum plus superannuation Mansfield District Hospital (MDH) Mansfield District Hospital is seeking applications from suitably qualified Registered Nurses for a full-time position. The role will provide clinical nursing services across Acute Services, Urgent Care Centre (UCC), and Aged Care. Position Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based and person-centred nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient and resident care Monitoring, documenting and reporting changes in patient/resident condition Administering medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines Supporting discharge planning and continuity of care Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Supervising and supporting students and junior staff where required Participating in quality improvement and safety activities The role requires the ability to work across Acute, Urgent Care and Aged Care settings as rostered. Minimum Requirements (Essential Criteria) Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Demonstrated ability to provide safe and effective nursing care Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated organisational and time management skills Basic computer literacy Preferred (Desirable) Criteria Experience in acute care, urgent care and/or aged care settings Postgraduate qualifications or working towards same Employment Conditions Full-time position (40 hours per week) Rotating roster including weekends and shift work Employment subject to: National or International Police Check Working With Children Check Evidence of immunisation status Compliance with all relevant legislation and organisational policies About Us Mansfield District Hospital is a values-driven rural health service committed to delivering safe, connected and person-centred care to our community.
